2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil
3 eggs
3 mashed ripe bananas (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all wet ingredients and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in nuts. Place in two medium sized or 3 - 4 mini loaf pans, sprayed with Baking Pam. Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350º.
