2 c. sliced peaches
2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
5 tbsp. cold butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit, sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg in large bowl and turn into 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
Rub together oats, brown sugar, flour and butter/margarine to form crumb topping. Spread over fruit.
Place pie pan on cookie sheet (to catch extra juice) and bake at 375ºF for 40 minutes.

This crisp is best with fresh peaches but we have made it with canned peaches in the winter and it is still great.
