1 Pound Orzo Pasta
3/4 cup pine nuts toasted
1/2 Cup chopped flat leaf parsley
Juice of 2 lemons plus grated peal of one lemon
2 6 oz packages sliced white mushroms

Directions:
Directions:
ŠIn a lre pot of boiling, salted water, cvook the orzo until aldente.
Drain and return to pot. Stir in the pine nuts, parsley, lemon juice, lemon peel and 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
Season with salt and pepper.In a large skillet, heat 1/3 cup olive oil over high heat until tippling. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionaly, until browned - about 7 minutes.
Divide the orzo between 4 plates and top with the mushrooms.
