2-4 Tilapia fillets
Panko bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Lemon Pepper seasoning
Fresh dill or dill weed
garlic powder
onion powder
salt & pepper
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and pat dry fish
Coat fish with Pam Spray or a little veg. oil so crumbs will stick ( they will still not stick well)
Mix about 1/2 - 1 cup crumbs, cheese and seasonings to taste. Place in flat plate or casserole dish.
Press tilapia into crumbs and crumbs into fish. Place in preheated fry pan with abt 2 Tb spoons of oil and preheat. Fry over mid-high heat till browned on one side, then turn over and brown other side.

Could probably also bake this but would take longer
