1 c. seeded raisins
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 T flour
1 T cornstarch
1 lemon juiced and a little grated rind
(I leave out lemon and rind and put in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. butter in mixture)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins until tender; then add sugar mixed with flour and cornstarch. Add butter and vanilla or lemon. Pour in baked pie crust and top with another sprinkled with sugar. Bake at 375º or 400º for 25 minutes in 8" pie pan.
