1 cup of margarine, softened,
1/2 cup of butter, softened - (do not substitute),
1 8-oz pkg of cream cheese, softened,
3 cups sugar,
6 eggs,
3 cups sifted Swan's Cake Flour,
2 tsps vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients; beat well with a heavy-duty mixer. Gradually add sugar; beat until light & fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition. Add flour to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in vanilla.

Pour batter into a well greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake @325 degrees for 1 hour & 30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes; then remove from pan.
