2 white fish filets or steaks
1 slice bread, crumbled
salt & pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small onion, chopped
chopped parsley
2 tbsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix breadcrumbs, lemon juice, onion, salt & pepper and parsley. Melt butter and add to breadcrumbs mixture. Spread over fish in lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 375º 20 minutes (for filets), 30-35 minutes (for steaks). Serves 2.
