Coffee Cake
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk or water
2 T. sugar
1 egg

Cinnamon Streusel Topping :

1/3 cup Original Bisquick mix 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 T. firm butter or margarine

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round pan. In small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly; set aside.
2. In medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

Submitted by Pat for Grandma Theresa. Grandma made this coffee cake on a very regular basis and always changed it up a bit. We rarely ever had the same cake twice. Some times it had raisins or chocolate chips, maybe even coconut.
