6-7 qts. sliced cucumbers
1 qt. onions, sliced
4 lg. green peppers
1 C salt
9 C water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 TBL. tumeric
6 C sugar
6 C vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt and water to cucumber,pepper and onion mixture. Let stand overnight. Next day: pick up mixture in hands and squeeze liquid out. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to almost a boil....do not boil.

Fill jars to overflowing....Cap, and let cool. Note: Be sure jars are real hot when you fill them. Do not use an aluminum pan when cooking mixture.
