1 can black beans drained and washed (or 1 cup dry black beans cooked)
1 medium onion finely chopped
1-2 green chillies or jalapenos finely chopped (optional)
1/3 cup Cilantro chopped
1 cup Brown rice/quinoa cooked
˝ cup red pepper chopped (finely)
˝ cup Scallions chopped
1 potatos (cooked and mashed and optional if you want to keep brown rice as binder )
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
Cumin powder ( 1 tsp)
Panko or bread crumbs

Directions:
Mash up black beans and add rest of the ingredients and make into 2-3 inches wide patties. Cover with panko or bread crumbs and keep for half hour in refrigerator (optional). Prepare a fry pan with oil to sauté the patties on each side till slight crispy/brown then keep in the oven at 350F for half hour.
Serve over fresh mango salsa with guacamole.
