Ingredients: 1(19.5 oz) box Pillsbury Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 4 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1 large egg. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter. 1/2 (16 oz) Creamy Supreme Chocolate Fudge Flavored Frosting.

Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350º F. 2. Beat brownie mix, melted butter, cram cheese and egg in a medium bowl 50 strokes with a spoon until well blended (dough will be sticky). 3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 in. apart on an ungreased cookie sheets to make 24 cookies; smooth the edge of each to form a round cookie. 4. Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter in a small bowl with spoon until mixture forms a ball. With hands, roll rounded teaspoons of peanut butter mixture into 24 round balls. Lightly press 1 ball into center of each ball of dough. 5. Bake 10-14 min. Or until edges are set. Cool on cookie sheets at least 30 min. 6. Spread a thin layer of frosting over peanut portion of each cookie. |
