Meatloaf:
2 pounds hamburger
1 package French onion soup mix
¼ - ½ yellow mustard
½ cup Catsup
12 saltine crackers crushed - Much better than bread crumbs!
2 Tbs Worcheshire Sauce
2 eggs- egg beaters work great
Sauce:
1/2 cup Catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Bake 375 for 1 hour
Mix all ingredients well and shape into loaf.
Cover with 1 cup Catsup with ¼ cup brown sugar (optional picante sauce for the Catsup)

Great with 1/2 turkey and 1/2 beef. It gets dry if only turkey so add 1 more egg if you make a turkey loaf.
You can also put in a cup of veggies; 1/2 cooked carrots or 1/2 cup spinach- both pureed; no one will even know it's there! If you just saute carrots can see them but they taste good; nicer if cooked.
