3 c flour
½ t salt
½ t soda
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup firmly packed brown suar
1 well beaten egg
1.5 cups Nuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375.
Mix
3 c flour

½ t soda
1.5 tsp cinnamon

Mix in separate bowl
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup firmly packed brown suar
1 well beaten egg

1.5 cups Nuts chopped

Combine the dry and wet ingredients then mix in nuts. Press into refrigerator tray and chill 1.2 hour in freezer or overnight in refrigerator.

Slice into ¼” slices, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Cool before frosting

Place cookies tightly side by side on waxed paper. Pour frosting back and foth over cookies.

Frosting: 2 Tbs melted butter, 1 cup shifted powdered sugar and ½ t vanilla. Add 2-3 tsp warm milk until of pouring consistency.
