1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup homemade mayonnaise
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, chopped
2 T sliced green onion
1 T lemon juice
1 T chopped fresh dill weed or 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (or to taste)

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover & chill. Makes 2 1/2 cups. To use as a salad dressing add 1/4 cup olive oil to mixture or until your achieve the texture you like.
