3 cups bisquick
1 pound (pork or chicken) sausage, uncooked, no casings
1-3 cloves fresh minced garlic (or to taste)
1 T finely chopped fresh parsley
1 T chopped fresh rosemary
4 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup half-and-half cream or 1/2 cup milk
Depending on how spicy you want add the following:1/2 tsp black pepper or 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce to taste

Preheat oven to 375

Kneed all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Shape into small bite sized balls. Place on baking sheet in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 minutes until golden brown.
