1 cup sugar (more or less)
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp nutmeg (more or less)
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tsp almond extract or vanilla extract (more or less)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp orange juice
2 1-lb cans of sliced peaches (That's right, canned)
2 pie crust shells (buy shells from the store - make it easy on yourself!)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Drain peaches reserving 1/4 cup liquid from peaches
Combine flour, sugar, nutmeg, extract and peach liquid in a bowl and stir - Dump into a pot and heat to thicken - add butter
Add lemon juice, orange juice and peaches - stir
Dump everything in the pie shell.
Take the 2nd pie shell and cut into strips for top crust. Lay on top as desired and sprinkle top crust with a mixture of sugar & cinnamon.
Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes.
