2 packages baby bella mushrooms
1 tube breakfast sausage, browned and crumbeled
6.5 oz alouette Garlic and Herbs Cheese
Chicken stock (can substitute white wine)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Microwave cheese so it is soft. Mix softened cheese and sausage. You can add a little cream to make the mixture moist if needed. Spoon mixture into mushrooms. Place in baking dish and add chicken stock to cover bottom. Bake mushrooms at 350º for 20 minutes.
