Ingredients:  
1 head Savoy cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1lb white rice (cooked)
1 egg
1/2 shredded carrots
1 onion
3 sticks of margarine or butter (melted)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef till brown
add onions, carrots, salt and pepper, sauté mixture until they are soft
Drain out any remaining liquid
Add cooked rice
Boil cabbage head and peel of each leaf
Add ground beef and rice mixture to an individual cabbage leaf and roll
Place rolls in a baking dish and pour melted butter on top
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
Up the oven to 400º for another 15 minutes for extra crispiness
