Ingredients:  
2 giant loaves of bread
3 cups diced celery
3 cups chopped onions
3 sticks butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp of sage
2 1/4 cups chicken broth
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into bite size pieces
Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet, add celery and onions
Let simmer until tender
Add the cooked celery and onion mixture to the bread pieces
Mix well, add chicken broth, eggs and sage
Put into a loaf pan
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
