6 center cut pork chops
1/3 cup milk
Seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Wet pork chops with milk
Dip in breadcrumbs covering each pork chop evenly
Fry in skillet with some oil until meat turns into a deep golden color
While frying the pork chops sprinkle generously with garlic powder
Add about 2 inches of water to frying pan
Slowly simmer for 1 hour
