8 uncooked large shrimp, shelled, deveined, tails removed, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 6 mushrooms, cleaned and sliced, 1 teaspoon soy sauce,1/4 cup sour cream,1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Heat large skillet and melt butter until it foams. Stir in onions, mushrooms and cook for just a minute; add shrimp and saute until shrimp are cooked. Stir in soy sauce and cook for a minute; stir in sour cream and paprika until sour cream in dissolved; stir in parmesan cheese and remove from stove
