2 cups wheat
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wheat and water, put in slow cooker and let sit overnight.

Next day cook on high until it starts boiling and then turn down to medium heat. Cook until tender/soft for approximately 6 hours.

Before serving add:
Honey/white sugar to taste. Add poppy seeds unsweetened (any bakery carries)

Serve cold.
