2 pounds boneless haddock fillets
1 sleeve saltine crackers, finely crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º .Arrange fish on sheet pan. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Drizzle butter over crackers & fish. Bake about 30 minutes or until fish is flaky.
