Mixed greens of your choice
Green onions - sliced
Marinated artichoke hearts
Avocados - diced into small chunks
Cucumbers - sliced

Dressing:
Vinegar
Olive Oil
Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all vegetables

For dressing use approximately 3 parts oil to 1 parts vinegar and Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Mary has made this salad for years and I can remember Eileen helping me make it years ago. I think it was originally an Aunt Lucille recipe but had been a family staple for as long as I can remember.
