Ingredients:  
4 Bacon Slices (cut small)
1 Onion (small - dice or grate)
6 Potatoes (medium – dice into small pieces)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can Cream Corn
1 Pint Half & Half
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into small pieces, fry until crisp
Grate onions (or dice fine) and cook until translucent
Add potatoes to pot. Cover potatoes (just) enough water to cook. Simmer until done.
Salt & pepper, extra pepper doesn’t hurt
Potatoes will cook down perfect

Add soup, corn, simmer for another 15 minutes
Add Half & Half

You can fry extra bacon for on top
