1 package pound cake mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1 cup mashed ripe banana


Streusel Topping

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup chopped roasted pecans
2 tablespoons melted butter

Combine first 3 ingredients, stir in pecans and butter until crumbly.

Directions:
Beat all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Spoon batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle Streusel Topping evenly over batter. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
