1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup dark rum
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4cup orange juice
1 tab butter
2 tea. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine raisins and rum .Set aside for 20 minutes.In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, combine sugar and water. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rum and raisin mixture with orange juice,butter and cornstarch, Heat to boiling. Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.Remove from heat and cool to warm. Makes 1 cup.
