Assorted veggies

Dressing:
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
3 T chopped onion
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 T sugar
3 T water
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing: Mix in blender, all but oil. Add oils after blended. Pour over Cooke and cooled pasta of your choice and whatever else you want in your salad ( peas, onion, olives, artichoke hearts, shrimp, etc). Add 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate. Stir before serving.
