4 c. diced raw apples
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar over apples and stir. Sift dry ingredients together, mix with apples. Make hole in middle and pour in vanilla, eggs and oil. Stir. Add nuts.

375º for 45 minutes.
