2 cups mixed fresh herbs (parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, basil, and/or oregano)
10 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons salt
¼ cup cracked black peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a blender or food processor and coarsely puree, leaving the mixture a little chunky.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. This paste will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 1 week.

Use on grilled and roasted vegetables, fish, lamb, and beef. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
