8 cups sliced rhubarb
1 small carton frozen strawberries - thawed
1 egg
2 tab.flour
1 cup sugar
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb and strawberries
.Mix sugar and flour and well beaten egg and pour over rhubarb mixture.Mix well then pour into pie crust and top with lattice crust. bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees then reduce temp.to350 degrees and bake for45 minutes
