Ingredients:
Ingredients:

6 cups all purpose flour (I used 4 cups all purpose and 2 cups unbleached white whole wheat, according to Rocio you can play with the proportions till you like the consistency of the final bread)
1 cup oil
1 cup raw sugar (refined will do)
3 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup milk (I used almond milk available in Trader Joe’s or stop n shop)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Poppy seeds per taste
Sesame seeds per taste
Cardamoms (per taste, I used 10 pods)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix flour with oil till crumbly in nature and add baking powder, ½ cup sugar, pinch of salt, poppy/sesame seeds and cardamom powder and mix well. In a separate bowl beat 3 eggs to which add almond milk (or milk) and ½ cup sugar and mix well. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and and knead till not sticky. Let to stand for 45 minutes in warm place (the dough doesn’t rise like it does for pizza etc. but remains dense). Roll it out to ¼ inch thickness, pierce with fork to avoid bubling while it bakes and bake at 350°C in oven till done (20-25 minutes depending on the oven).

Note: 2 eggs/1 cup of oil, if you want to substitute the eggs and/or you can add more oil and let it rise for longer time to make it more bready in texture.
