32 –oz. bottle of barbecue sauce
Chicken drumsticks (8 – 10)

Directions:
Using a large pot, put drumsticks in one layer on bottom, sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper (optional). Pour in bottle of barbecue sauce and one can of Pepsi, covering drumsticks. Bring mixture to boil, then turn heat down to simmer. Cook until drumsticks are tender. (For larger quantities of drumsticks, use additional can of Pepsi & barbecue sauce)

This recipe was given to me by our late cousin, Shirley Mancha. It's very simple and coke can be used in place of pepsi. You can also brown the chicken legs in a fry pan first, if you prefer it browned.
