1 14 Oz Angel Food Cake
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
2/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 6 Oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 pint heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Break cake into medium pieces. In medium sauce pan sprinkle gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; place over low heat and stir constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Add sugar and salt, stir till dissolved remove from heat and stir in orange juice. Refrigerate till consistency of unbeaten egg white. Meanwhile, beat cream stiff, carefully orange mixture into it. Lightly oil a 21/2 gal. bowl and spoon some orange cream into bowl, top with 1/3 of cake pieces. Repeat layers ending with orange cream. Cover and refrigerate.
