2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease cookie pan. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until blended. Add the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk; beat until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand, using a wooden spoon. Drop cookie dough, 1/4 cup at a time, onto cookie sheets. Spread dough 3-inches apart. Bake 15-17 minutes in preheated oven.
