2 Packages Cream Cheese (8 ounces each)
3 Eggs
2/3 Cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
"Graham Cracker Crust in Spring Form Pan"

Top Layer:
1 pint sour cream
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Can of Cherry or Blueberry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first four ingredients in blender, starting with one package of cream cheese and then adding the other.

Pour into the graham cracker crust and sprinkle cinnamon on the top.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.

Combine pint of sour cream, 2 T sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla and pour over cheesecake.

Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate. Spoon pie filling (cherries or blueberries) on each piece as you serve it.
