Cake:
1 box of yellow cake mix with pudding
3 eggs
1 box of Instant Pistachio Pudding & Pie Filling
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of soda water


Frosting:

1 pt. whipping cream or 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
1 box of Instant Pistachio Pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat slowly to blend.. Gradually increase beating speed to high and whip until soft peaks form. 4 to 6 minutes.

Cake:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Blend; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into two greased and floured 9 inch layer pans.
Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool on rack.

Beat slowly to blend.. Gradually increase beating speed to high and whip until soft peaks form. 4 to 6 minutes.
