Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 1 box of yellow cake mix with pudding 3 eggs 1 box of Instant Pistachio Pudding & Pie Filling 1/2 cup oil 1 cup of soda water Frosting: 1 pt. whipping cream or 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk 1 box of Instant Pistachio Pudding mix 1 tsp. vanilla Beat slowly to blend.. Gradually increase beating speed to high and whip until soft peaks form. 4 to 6 minutes.

Directions:	Directions: Cake: Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Blend; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into two greased and floured 9 inch layer pans. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool on rack. Frosting: Beat slowly to blend.. Gradually increase beating speed to high and whip until soft peaks form. 4 to 6 minutes.
