1 Blind Baked Pie Crust (See recipe)
4 - 5 Cups blueberries
3/4 Cup water
1 Cup sugar
3 Tablespoons corn starch

Fresh whipped cream for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup of berries, water, sugar, and corn starch in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it just starts to thicken. Remove from heat.

While still hot, pour over remaining 3 - 4 cups of blueberries and pour into an already-baked pie shell.

Cool and serve with whipped cream.

This is a Barron family favorite. I received the recipe from my sister-in-law, but I have made this pie so many times I am feeling a little ownership on this one.
