Dressing:
6 T Raspberry Vinegar
1 1/2 T Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4tsp. pepper
3/4 c olive oil

Salad:
1 large head red leaf lettuce, chopped
1 large head romaine, chopped
1 bunch arugula, chopped
3/4 pound mushrooms, chopped
3/4 pounds tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 c minced fresh dill

Dressing:
Whisk first 5 ingredients together in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Bring to room temp and whisk before using)

Salad:
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add enough dressing to coat. Season to taste and toss well.
