Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 400. 8 x 8 square dish or oblong dish.
Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick dumplings (already made)
2 cups cooked chicken (cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped fine)
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 tbsp. flour
2 cups chicken stock
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup potatoes (cubed)
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, or corn)

Melt butter in a saucepan sauté onions. Stir in the flour and allow it to cook for 2 minutes on low. Gradually add the chicken stock, salt and pepper. Heat until sauce is creamy. Add chicken, vegetables and potatoes. Pour mixture into a buttered pie plate or casserole dish. Top with spoonfuls of Bisquick mixture. Heat for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.º
