Giblets
3/4 lb. sausage meat
1 level tablespoon poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 loaf of bread
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook giblets until done. Grind giblets with a meat grinder.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add to giblets and bread. Use giblet water to moisten.
Add well beaten eggs.
Salt inside of turkey and stuff.

For a stuffed turkey, the roasting time may vary up to 30 minutes, depending upon the bird and the oven. Use the meat thermometer to check the temperature of the stuffing.The center of the stuffing inside the bird (or in a separate baking dish) must reach a temperature of 165 degrees F. for food safety.
