3/4 Cup maple syrup
1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
2 Cups olive oil
1 Cup salad oil
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 Cup chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup and vinegar in blender. Add garlic, parsley, salt to taste and blend. Add oil and blend again.

The Waybury Inn is in East Middlebury, Vermont, and was the setting for the show "Newhart". The Waybury Inn still serves meals and has a pub filled with Newhart memorabilia.
