8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 bunch of green onions or chives
1/2 green pepper
1 plum tomato
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and sour cream and spread across the bottom of dish.

Finely chop the vegetable ingredients and mix into a salsa. Layer the salsa over the cream cheese mix. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top for the final layer.
