½ Cup Mayo
½ Cup Cream Cheese (half a bar)
1 Small Jar of Artichokes in Oil, drained
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced or crushed
1 Package of Frozen Creamed Spinach, thawed
1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
Juice of a Lemon (half to whole)
Bag of Corn Tortilla Chips or Pita Chips

Directions:

In food processor combine the mayo and the cream cheese until mixed. Then add garlic and the artichokes and chop until combined. Mix in the cream spinach, cheese, and lemon juice. Serve cold or hot, awesome with pita or Tostitos Gold.
