½ piment rouge en dés
3 échalotes hachées
125 grammes de fromage Philadelphia
½ tasse de bouillon de poulet
4 tasses de poulet cuit
8 tortillas
Salsa
Fromage mozzarella
Sel et poivre

Directions:
Directions:
Faire cuire les échalotes et le piment dans l’huile. Ajouter le fromage Philadelphia, le bouillon de poulet et le poulet.

Lorsque le fromage est fondu, ajouter le sel et le poivre.
Étendre la préparation sur les tortillas les fermer en repliant les bords.
Mettre de la salsa dans le fond d'un plat en pyrex rectangulaire, ajouter les tortillas garnis et étendre de la salsa dessus, couvrir de fromage mozzarella.
Réchauffer au four pour faire fondre le fromage
