About 5 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced
2 14oz cans chicken or vegetable broth
2 medium yellow onions, chopped
2 14oz cans creamed corn
1 7oz can dided green chillies
2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, onions, and chicken broth until potatoes are done. mash slightly if not cooked up. Leave some in chunks.Add corn and chillies,heat through in 5 quart crockpot. Add cheese before serving cook until melted.Makes about 1 gallon. Freeze or refrigerate leftovers
