Whites of six (6) eggs
½ Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
¾ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Flour
½ Teaspoon Vanilla or Lemon
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Beat eggs to a stiff froth, but not dry, adding cream of tartar when half beaten. Then fold in sugar, salt and flour. Bake in moderate oven in tin with funnel. Cuts 12 pieces.
