1 large butternut squash
1 tab olive oil
4 to 5 cloves garlic,minced
1 large onion
5 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste
Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half lengthwise and seed and peel. Cut into1 1/2 inch cubes
Heat oil and garlic in soup pot or dutch oven over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir in squash and broth and simmer until tender.Blend in blender.Return to pot and reheat.Serve with croutons.
