2 - 8+# Turkey Breasts
Apple
Grapefruit
Onion
Salt
Pepper
EVO
Beer

Preheat the smoker to 225º
Clear out the cavity of the thawed out turkey breasts. Cut the apple, grapefruit, and onion into approximately 1" pieces or so. Place the grapefruit pieces into the turkey cavity. Then 50/50 apple and onion.

Lightly coat the turkey breasts with EVO, then apply salt and pepper. You could apply another dry rub if you want.

Use beer or ACV in the water can, place it in the smoker.

Place the turkey breasts in the smoker.

Increase temp to 325º for 3 hours until internal temp reaches 170º.

Wrap in foil within a large towel and place in a cooler for 1-2 hours.
