1/4 lb. Miniature Marshmallows
1 qt. Crushed Pineapple, drained
1/4 C. Lemon Juice
1-1/2 qt. Whipped Topping for Mixture
3/4 qt. Whipped Topping for Top

Baked 9” Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marshmallows, pineapple and lemon juice in a saucepan on low to medium heat. Heat slowly until marshmallows melt. Cool mixture until set. Fold in 1-1/2 qt. whipped topping. Spread into baked pie shell. Chill 2-3 hours. Cover with remaining whipped topping.
